Access your background check

1. Gather the personal information used on your background check:

   • Birth date

   • Email address

   • Legal name

   • Phone number

   • Social Security number​

2. Access the Checkr Candidate Portal​​.​

3. Use your personal information to log in. If your report completed before April 2024, log in using candidate@betterfuture.com as the email address.

4. Select Get Status.

5. Find your report for the Better Future account, and view your results!
